Healings Roc is a life coaching agency that is available to anyone who may find it helpful to receive a safe, trained, non-judgmental perspective to help work through life issues you may be struggling with. 

As Life Coaching Specialists, our job is to inspire, motivate, and encourage. Our conversations are confidential and services will be provided via video chat and phone. We focus on helping you to safely process traumatic experiences from childhood that continue to affect your life. Such as creating life goals that may be impacted by your self-esteem, grieving, mental health, finding your own identity, and providing career counseling (as career challenges can sometimes be difficult when you have unresolved trauma). Let's work together to learn how to get you to your goals and to help you overcome those obstacles that have been holding you back. 

Our Life Coaching Specialists will support you in a collaborative, non-judgmental relationship intended to help you "be the driver" in efforts to improve yourself. Please understand that it takes time to heal from generational obstacles and past hurts. With Healings ROC as your partner, we are here to help you gain a better understanding of the experiences and inner wounds that are standing in the way of fulfilling your life goals and dreams.
